Printed publications, when purchased in error, may be returned in pristine condition for a full refund. Where the error has been made by the purchaser, returns must be made at the purchaser’s expense and the original delivery cost will not be refunded. Wherever possible, books should be packaged for return in the same materials used for the original delivery.
Digital publications, when ordered in error, are only refundable until the point they have been downloaded. Once downloaded, refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances.
