For single-user licences of current publications:

A single-user licence entitles the licensee to install the document on multiple devices provided that the document is used solely by the single named licensee. These devices may include stand-alone desktop computers, laptops, tablets, phones and other handheld platforms owned/used by the licensee. If installed on a server, the document must not be accessible on more than one workstation concurrently.

If the document is to be used (or installed on multiple devices or a server, such that it could be in use by more than one user at any time) then a multi-user, site or corporate licence must be purchased.

For single-user licences of previous editions:

A single-user licence entitles the licensee to install the document on multiple devices provided that the document is used solely by the single named licensee. These devices may include stand-alone desktop computers, laptops, tablets, phones and other handheld platforms owned/used by the licensee. If installed on a server, the document must not be accessible on more than one workstation concurrently.

If the document is to be used (or installed on multiple devices or a server, such that it could be in use by more than one user at any time) then additional licences must be purchased.

For two-user licences:

A two-user licence entitles the two licensees to install the document on multiple devices provided that the document is used solely by the two named licensees who must both be employed by the organisation to which this licence applies. These devices may include stand-alone desktop computers, laptops, tablets, phones and other handheld platforms owned/used by the licensees. If installed on a server, the document must not be accessible on more than two workstations concurrently.

If the document is to be used (or installed on multiple devices or a server, such that it could be in use by more than two users at any time) then a site or corporate licence must be purchased.

For three-user site licences:

A three-user site licence entitles up to three named users, all of whom must be based in the same office and employed by the organisation to which this licence applies, to install the document on multiple devices provided that the document is used solely by the three named licensees. These devices may include stand-alone desktop computers, laptops, tablets, phones and other handheld platforms owned/used by the licensees. If installed on a server, the document must not be accessible on more than three workstations concurrently.

If the document is to be used (or installed on multiple devices or a server, such that it could be in use by more than three users at any time) then a five-user site licence or corporate licence must be purchased.

For five-user site licences:

A five-user site licence entitles up to five named users, all of whom must be based in the same office and employed by the organisation to which this licence applies, to install the document on multiple devices provided that the document is used solely by the five named licensees. These devices may include stand-alone desktop computers, laptops, tablets, phones and other handheld platforms owned/used by the licensees. If installed on a server, the document must not be accessible on more than five workstations concurrently.

If the document is to be used (or installed on multiple devices or a server, such that it could be in use by more than five users at any time) then a corporate licence must be purchased.

For five-user corporate licences:

A five-user corporate licence entitles up to five named users, all of whom must be employed by the organisation to which this licence applies, to install the document on multiple devices provided that the document is used solely by the five named licensees. For ten-user corporate licences:

A ten-user corporate licence entitles up to ten named users, all of whom must be employed by the organisation to which this licence applies, to install the document on multiple devices provided that the document is used solely by the ten named licensees. These devices may include stand-alone desktop computers, laptops, tablets, phones and other handheld platforms owned/used by the licensees. If installed on a server, the document must not be accessible on more than ten workstations concurrently.

If the document is to be used (or installed on multiple devices or a server, such that it could be in use by more than ten users at any time) then a higher usage (or an unlimited) corporate licence must be purchased.

For twenty-user corporate licences:

A twenty-user corporate licence entitles up to twenty users, all of whom must be employed by the organisation to which this licence applies, to install the document on multiple devices provided that the document is used solely by those twenty licensees. These devices may include stand-alone desktop computers, laptops, tablets, phones and other handheld platforms owned/used by the licensees. If installed on a server, the document must not be accessible on more than twenty workstations concurrently.

If the document is to be used (or installed on multiple devices or a server, such that it could be in use by more than twenty users at any time) then a higher usage (or an unlimited) corporate licence must be purchased.

For fifty-user corporate licences:

A fifty-user corporate licence entitles up to fifty users, all of whom must be employed by the organisation to which this licence applies, to install the document on multiple devices provided that the document is used solely by those fifty licensees. These devices may include stand-alone desktop computers, laptops, tablets, phones and other handheld platforms owned/used by the licensees. If installed on a server, the document must not be accessible on more than fifty workstations concurrently.

If the document is to be used (or installed on multiple devices or a server, such that it could be in use by more than fifty users at any time) then a higher usage (or an unlimited) corporate licence must be purchased.

For seventy-five-user corporate licences:

A seventy-five -user corporate licence entitles up to seventy-five users, all of whom must be employed by the organisation to which this licence applies, to install the document on multiple devices provided that the document is used solely by those seventy-five licensees. These devices may include stand-alone desktop computers, laptops, tablets, phones and other handheld platforms owned/used by the licensees. If installed on a server, the document must not be accessible on more than seventy-five workstations concurrently.

If the document is to be used (or installed on multiple devices or a server, such that it could be in use by more than seventy-five users at any time) then a higher usage (or an unlimited) corporate licence must be purchased.

For hundred-user corporate licences:

A hundred-user corporate licence entitles up to one hundred users, all of whom must be employed by the organisation to which this licence applies, to install the document on multiple devices provided that the document is used solely by those hundred licensees. These devices may include stand-alone desktop computers, laptops, tablets, phones and other handheld platforms owned/used by the licensees. If installed on a server, the document must not be accessible on more than one hundred workstations concurrently.

If the document is to be used (or installed on multiple devices or a server, such that it could be in use by more than one hundred users at any time) then an unlimited corporate licence must be purchased.

For Full (unlimited) corporate licences:

A full unlimited corporate licence entitles an unlimited number of individual users, all of whom must be employed by the organisation to which this licence applies, to install the document on multiple devices. These devices may include stand-alone desktop computers, laptops, tablets, phones and other handheld platforms owned/used by the licensee organisation.
